Vintage Clothes Shops

If you're looking for one or if you own one and you'd like more people to find it then this site is for you.  We aim to bring vintage clothes shops to the attention of new customers and we invite owners to add their shops to our directory wherever they may be.   Vintage clothes and retro clothing has never been more popular.  It used to be the niche interest of a small minority of devotees but in the past ten years or so many more people have discovered they too have a passion for the styles of the 20th Century.  For some it's a particular decade like the 1940s or 1950s, and for others it's the way new lines have appeared that have found inspiration from the originals to create a new look that is a combination of retro and modern.  The designs of the past have often been discarded as being old fashioned, but their value is being rediscovered.

•  Register, and create a free account.  You can of course browse and use this site without registering, but by creating an account you can build up a list of favourites and communicate with other members.  If you intend to add a listing, event, or article you will need to register.
• Submit an article for free.  Write an article about any aspect of vintage fashion, retro clothing, burlesque performances and see it published on this site.  You can include link back to your site or blog.
• Submit an event for the calendar for free. Every year there are hundreds of vintage clothing fairs and retro festivals. Add yours and gain new publicity for it in our comprehensive calendar of vintage events.If your events are in your Facebook calendar we can import them to our calendar automatically!
• Add a listing and promote your site, businesses or blog.  There are several packages available and you can make your listing stand out in all kinds of ways with pictures, formatted text etc. By being listed here, in a directory of vintage clothes shops and many other related sites you will attract more potential customers and visitors.
